Prvi neslužbeni detalji vezani za nadolazeći nastavak novog Call of Duty-a danas su se pojavili na netu. Naime, jedan od testera same igre na Infinity Ward-ovoj Twitter stranici postao je poveću listu detalja i informacija o Modern Warfare-u 2. Kompletnu listu možete pogledati pod opširnije, a mi ćemo spomenuti tek najvažnije poput neimenovanog novog multiplayer moda, uvođenja vozila u multiplay te co-op moda za single player. Valja spomenuti kako dotične informacije još uvijek nisu potvrđene od samog proizvođača, no kao što ćete uočiti, zvuče logično i uvjerljivo.

*New gametype unconfirmed name, similar to search and destroy, however instead of trying to plant a bomb, you try to kill a specified enemy

*Sniper with silencers will NOT be in multiplayer
*There are NO bots in local multiplayer
*Similar version to Nazi Zombies, however details are unknown
*NO guest players online, 1 player per console
