It was decided that in 8.0 update the normalization value will be decreased to 4-5 degrees for all rounds.
The change is supposed to raise the importance of armour in the game, leading to increase of "we-didn't-even-scratch-'em" shots.
Aiming weakspots and not shooting blindly will become even more beneficial.

Pojašnjenje "normalizacije":
If you shoot a tank with 100mm armor at 45 degrees, effective armor should be 100/sin(45) = 141mm.
Right now normalization is 8°, that means that the shell "turns in to the armor" effectively increasing the angle to 45 + 8 = 53°. In WoT effective armor is 100/sin(53) = 125mm.
They will reduce the normalization value to approx 5°.
So, 45 + 5 = 50.
In our example it would mean 100/sin(50) = 131mm
As you can see, this change will increase the effectiveness of sloped armor - angles increase the effective armor by more than they used to.
Of course, shooting at the approx 90° angle will remain the same as before.

To znači da će zakošeni oklop imati više efektivnog oklopa kao što je objašnjeno u primjeru. Već vidim kako IS-7 bounca sve živo i neživo :)
