Ako je moguce, da li postoji neka All in One solucija (Neki malo skuplji powerbank mozda. Ako da, koji je to?), koja bi mogla puniti laptop, mobitel, tablet ili bilo sta drugo.

Short answer for majority of laptops available today, except some of the new, ultrathin laptops with micro USB or type C connector is no.For long answer, read below.
In USB protocol there are two 3 types of connectors -
Type A used for USB host. This is the port on majority of laptops available today. It's used to connect USB devices like memory sticks, mouse, keyboard and more. It also supplies power (e.g. 5 V, 500 mA max for USB 2.0) to connected devices. Type A port is never designed to receive power.
Type B: Also type B mini or micro which can commonly be seen on mobile phones, accept power (remember phone can be charged with USB). The power received can be used to power device or charge battery.
Type C: A latest standard in USB technology is reversible cable and can potentially be used to receive power and charge battery. So latest laptops with type C connector would support charging with (a very large) power bank. One will need to have Type C output on battery pack or a converter cable.
Note : there is also a USB OTG standard, with type A/B mini or micro hybrid port. It can be used to deliver or accept power, however laptops with this type of connector is unheard of as it doesn't have practical application on laptops and meant for smaller devices like mobile."
